August 2003: All About Apple reaches U.K.

In these days we received our first donation from a foreign country, U.K.

This thanks to the initiative and to the generosity of our friend STU HILL of the University of Surrey, Guildford, who from the United Kingdom has sent to us two portable of esteem well: The Powerbook 170 and the Powerbook 180c, both perfectly working, the first in b/w and the second in color display, both active matrix.

We had some problems coordinating the courier from Italy, but at the end everything worked perfectly and we received the two goods without any damage..

We hope that this could be the beginning of a series of similar donations, also encouraging the already cospicuous donations from Italy
